Lauderdale, not as bad as AA 191, still horrible: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_Air_Lines_Flight_191Those are the two most famous flight 191's, there are a few others including:Comair (Delta) Flight 191 from Lexington: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comair_Flight_191Prinair Flight 191 from San Juan: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prinair_Flight_191X-15 test flight over Delmar: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-15_Flight_191My guess is it's the first one, the most famous one, the AA DC-10.
