jaypatel512 Posted December 27, 2015 Report Posted December 27, 2015 Hey Guys, I am very new to Xplane, and new to this whole simulator. I am starting to learn all the basics of aircraft, and autopilot, ATC stuffs, etc. However, to learn all the good autopilot stuffs, I may need a bit bigger plane than Cessna one. Is there any good started freeware aircraft which I can play with to learn all these stuffs first ? I do not want to fly A380 as I find that extremely difficult to land. Any suggestions from the experienced Xplane flyers would really help. Quote

One of the best freeware aircraft for X-Plane, and I think it may fit your needs: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=17061 Quote
scubajuan_new Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 Best freeware jetliner is, IMHO,the x737 Quote
-VETTE Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 Best freeware jetliner is, IMHO,the x737x737 only has a 2D panel at the moment, so unless you really want a jet I think that the F27 is the better option. There's also a really good Dornier Do328 (the prop version). Quote
