Just to keep everything accessible in one location all bug reports and support are being moved to the XPP forums. I have opened up a new topic for such purposes there.

I am working on new Landing Gears. They will resemble the real life counter part much more now. I will be uploading the PW, GE, and the F versions after all this is done. Also I have added spoilerons to the Aircraft now.

Sad News everyone, As promised I will release the A332 series. I am still testing it but after that I am done until June. The biggest exams of my life are right around the corner and I have already wasted too much time engrossed in XP and other various activities that I can not handle everything. I had promised to pick this project back up in June before leaving but I picked it up in December and now I promise to pick it back up in June. Not much is left on the other aircraft but still even seconds are valuable to me right now. I hope everyone understands.

With That said, Release has been moved up to June for all aircraft. I am not making the mistake of uploading unfinished aircraft again.

Currently the state of the project is as follows.

A332 Just a few more bugs.

A332 F, Blender problem which is making it near to impossible to export.

A333, Awaiting the new Landing gears, Beacon reflections on the fuselage and the flightmodel upgrades. Updated engines and wings

A342 Fix some problems on the doors, all sort of lighting effects, Flightmodel upgrades, New landing gears. Logo lights. Updated wings

A343 slight bug with light Illuminations need to be done, New landing gears, Flightmodel improvements, Logo lights. Updated wings

A346 Updates on wings, slight bug on the fan blades, all sort of lighting effects, Flightmodel upgrades, new landing gears. A few problems with textures. The rest has been animated.

P.s The A346 might have one of the best Retraction and extension mechanism for x-plane. I just have to refine it a little more.

So it seems that many people are unaware of the fact that the new General Electric and Rolls Royce planes have been out since January 27th and January 29th. Please get them!

A tiny update, New 3D cockpit textures are being made by Xboy9 and Bcmb1b and I animated some of the 3D cockpit like the Throttles, Rudder pedals, Light switches and miscellaneous switches. Nothing much to show still but hoping that I find a programmer or I am able to get Vas FMC in the 3D cockpit.

Great news samen! I know the vasFMC programmers quite well. To get vasFMC to run WITHIN the x-plane environment such as on a 2D panel or within the 3D cockpit is near to impossible. The way vasFMC is built at the moment it cannot run within x-plane.

It's quite unfortunate, but this is what Jörg told me. I don't want you to waste time on something that is nearly impossible to do.

Nout I have talked to Phillip many times regarding this. He has told me that if he finds an OpenGl programmer he can get those displays into X-Plane. I hope they do find that or else I will be forced to learn Gizmo B)

Gizmo handles OpenGL quite well...very well. You should be using it for rapid development anyhow. B)

I have been thinking of starting gizmo for a long time now. Looking at some sample code it turns out that the my limited Microsoft Qbasic knowledge might come in handy. Expect some very very weird and new stuff people!

If I get Gizmo going here is a list of things that will change:

Beacon reflections!

Landing gear animations

New lighting features

NEW WINGFLEX

Some systems.........

Due to some new questions here are a few things I would like to point out clearly.

My examinations start in a week, and these are one of the most important exams of my life. My college career depends on these and the entire month of May is not going to be spent working on the planes

A 3D cockpit is planned, I have the entire mesh with me, we are working on the textures but we hope to have it released by Mid-August at max.

All of the planes will be released by the end of June at max. There is still a lot of work to do on the planes "even if they look good" doesn't mean that they are done. With that said I still need to do some heavy work on the A345 and the A342. The flightmodels are being fixed by Safeflight in the mean time.

I had hoped to get into programming but with the release of the Integrated VasFMC soon I plan to get almost all of the Airbus stuff such as Autopilot, FMC, displays etc into the plane by June next year. If there are no compatability issues (since Gizmo is so awesome I don't think we will get to see that) I will use Gizmo for effects on the planes.

The project is in no way cancelled, it is in sort of a hibernation until I am free.

As you can see many screenshots of the planes have been released showcasing the new liveries we have planned for these aircraft. Please thank XPP for their efforts on them and as well on the Wing Textures. We are planning to re-do textures in many parts of the planes.

I had promised a new 3D cabin back in the day but for that I will need to cut up the windows from the fuselage, which will really mess up the UV mapping and unless we go hard core into Re-UV mapping I am not inclined towards such an idea. However if it is okay with some people I can have the seats and the textures improved in the existing cabin.

Lastly people please please please comment on the aircraft in the relevant threads and not my profile or by sending me a PM. If i was to give support using PMs we would get nowhere. If it something related to permissions or specific questions you can send me a PM.

I have been extremely busy the past few days, but I am happy to say that the plane is entirely done. Just in case I am going to keep on testing for the next 3 days and see if there any more bugs. If all goes well expect a release in this week.
