madair Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 Perhaps its me but I can't get the gust locks to operate. No big deal but I would like to fix if I can?Any ideas please? Quote
FloB Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 You need to set up a key for the gustlock command (it opens the detent and allows the handle to be moved). Then push (and hold) the key and move the handle using your mouse (you can't click and hold the detent and move the levers at the same time with your mouse, can you?). madair Posted December 11, 2014 Author Report Posted December 11, 2014 I have searched through the list of functions including "adavanced" and can see no function for gust locks? hence I am unable to set a key/button for this function.Could you expand please?Martin Quote
mmerelles Posted December 11, 2014 Report Posted December 11, 2014 (edited) you have to assign a key or joystick button to the "gustlock release", then once you keep holding that key/button you grab the gustlock lever with the mouse. gustlock release feature is not part of xplane, it comes with the saab 340, external assignment section look here for your reference: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/6122-saab-340a-questions/ Edited December 11, 2014 by mmerelles Quote
