• The CL650 now shows REQ PENDING, followed by FPLN REJECTED.
• Your X-Plane Log.txt reports hotstart.net/data/simbrief.php returning HTTP 404.
• Opening the same endpoint in Safari also returns 404 Not Found.

One important point

We have confirmed that the endpoint is unavailable at that address, but not why. The PHP security incident remains a possible explanation, not an established cause.

I would wait for confirmation from Hot Start before changing your installation.
