Nano Posted September 11, 2014 Report Posted September 11, 2014 Awesome…always loved flying into Dublin. Making me thirsty for a Guinness. Quote
Steve Posted September 12, 2014 Author Report Posted September 12, 2014 Thanks!! It's a great place Quote
philwhite Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 Looks great. How much impact does this airport have on the FPS? I know a lot will depend on the system spec and rendering settings. Quote
andydckent Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 (edited) Looks great. How much impact does this airport have on the FPS? I know a lot will depend on the system spec and rendering settings.I took a gamble and bought this. Found the FPS was excellent, nowhere close to the horror show that Aerosofts Amsterdam file created. Edited September 21, 2014 by andydckent Quote
Steve Posted September 22, 2014 Author Report Posted September 22, 2014 I'm glad, yes doing pretty well in FPS. And you're right I think, Amsterdam is the heaviest airport in FPS I've ever seen ... Enjoy Dublin Airport, it's a great job Quote
poppet Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 Bought the Dublin airport myself, really impressed with it, really well done Quote
PinkJackal Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 I have no problem with Amsterdam, 30FPS locked every time! Quote
Steve Posted September 30, 2014 Author Report Posted September 30, 2014 Thanks to all for feedback I'm glad, for my Amsterdam is the most heavy in performance of all airports that have test, (almost all) but setting "rendering options" to maximum and extreme objects, yet at times, depending on the plane if they reached 20-22 FPS more or less, depends a lot on what exactly view, scene, plugins loaded, aircraft type, configuration of rendering ...you know but I'm glad you reach 30 FPS, you have a good PC and Amsterdam it's a very detailed and great airport Quote
PinkJackal Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 try lowering your in game settings, and then use nvidia inspector to bump settings for best results, that's what i did. Quote
poppet Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 30 FPS on EHAM!! And a monster computer PinkJackel, almost sounds like your making up for something:) EHAM is hard on FPS though, I think I get about 24ish FPS. Must try the Nvidia inspector thing, didn't know about that. Quote
PinkJackal Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 (edited) I think you don't bealive me. Here are some screens! I use full overcast with 3 layers of CB and unlimited visibility and still 30FPS locked, for me XPX is never below 30FPSThis site compress the picture to much, it's a shame you can't see it as I see it! Steve Posted October 1, 2014 Author Report Posted October 1, 2014 No, no, I believe you only that Amsterdam is one of most heavy in performance I think, but perfect, I'm glad that you run as well Quote
