Cameron Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 Can you be more specific? Are you getting an error? The log you gave us is the installer log, so that's not much help.
Maxthrust74 Posted July 2, 2014 Author Report Posted July 2, 2014 I think my major problem is i need to start over right from the beginning. I tried to uninstall x plane but then ended up with 2 copies on my Mac. which log do you need
ointment Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 How did you try "uninstalling" X-Plane? All you have to do to uninstall on a Mac is drag the entire X-Plane folder to the trash and then empty the trash and it's gone.
Maxthrust74 Posted July 7, 2014 Author Report Posted July 7, 2014 i uninstalled X-Plane 10 by putting all my folders in the trash and emptying the trash. i try to install it again but all it says is do you want to install a second version.

You should be using the installer that you download from here: http://www.x-plane.com/downloads/x-plane_10_installer-updater/ When asked to insert your Disc 1, do so and continue with the rest of the discs as they are called for. Not sure why you're getting a "do you want to install a second version" message.
