Activation window continuos pop-up

Hi all,

I am new here and I bought Skymaxx Pro. My problem in the begining was that it was not able to install because seems that cannot reach the server. After few frustrating days it has been installed, but once in the game it requests activation. I am entering my customer email and password, after this it answers that activation is successful and the icon goes green. I am closing the activatin window, but after 5 seconds it pop-up again requesting me same activation. Writing again... an so on so forth... it is somehow in a loop.
