How do I uninstall/get my clouds back?

i tried another monitor i had, it's a 1680*1050, I still have hd off, but skymaxx with god rays and med settings for ovc and ci get 60 fps in the air, around 30 standing at the gate at schiphol (aerosoft).

 

It's quite a step back from my 30 inch screen to a 23 inch, so im looking to get something a tad bigger, like 27 inch. Is 27 inch @ 1920*1080, have to research if the image will still be crisp at that size.

For some reason, reverting back to standard X-Plane clouds seems to be a non-trivial task...

 

In my case I ran both the X-Aviation uninstaller AND the X-Plane updater (AND did a reboot) but couldn't get the standard X-Plane clouds back (all I got was clear skies, regardless of the weather). Then I realized there was still a folder "SilverLining" in my plugin folder so I manually removed it. That eventually did the trick...

 

PS: I like the product very much, it's just that I wanted to go back to 'vanilla'  in order to compare a few things ;-)
