Communication with ATC

I'm hours trying to communicate with ATC. The tuned frequency is correct but there is no way transmit, I think the problem is with the AUDIO SYSTEM INTEGRATING. The button corresponding to the COM 1 and 2, I think it should be illuminated.

Have you set up a "push to talk" button in the Buttons and Keys assignments?

The button lighting is controlled by the pilot instrument light rheostat.  As well, the aircraft must be powered for the Audio Control Panel to be functional.
