Cameron Posted September 22, 2013 Report Posted September 22, 2013 This occurs very near the end of this particular one. It says component version does not match, tried retry but no joy. pressed ignore CC I take it you are on Windows, and selected a 2GB or higher video card...is that assumption correct? I am fixing this now (due to new installer I uploaded). In the meantime, you can fix this yourself by loading up the Livery Manager located in the Aircraft/X-Aviation/Saab 340A folder and selecting United Express for install! Quote
Cameron Posted September 22, 2013 Report Posted September 22, 2013 yes to both Great, thanks! Did you run Livery Manager and fix this? Quote

pcartier1960 Posted October 12, 2013 Report Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) This is happening to me on the Mac, any solutions? Also at the end of the install I get this:Problem running post-install step. Error writing Users/paul/Desktop/X-Plane-10.22/Aircraft/X-Avaition/Sab 340A/Passenger/Variant/resources/files/Liveries Edited October 12, 2013 by pcartier1960 Quote
Cameron Posted October 12, 2013 Report Posted October 12, 2013 This is happening to me on the Mac, any solutions? Also at the end of the install I get this:Problem running post-install step. Error writing Users/paul/Desktop/X-Plane-10.22/Aircraft/X-Avaition/Sab 340A/Passenger/Variant/resources/files/Liveries So my first question is: Why are you re-installing in the first place? As for the error message: That is a very awkward error. To me it sounds like you have either selected an invalid X-Plane directory (resources/files ? ) or you are running the installer from its own zip file, which is a no-no. I've never seen this error before. As for getting the UA Express livery: Just run the livery manager. Quote
pcartier Posted October 12, 2013 Report Posted October 12, 2013 I was reinstalling the Saab when I got these errors but it's solved now, I re-downloaded a new installer tonight and everything installed without errors. I guess my original installer caused some conflicts. Thanks Paul Quote
