How to reset CL650 to factory default.

Greetings, 
I'm having a bit of a problem with my CL650. 
It's got a bit messed up so I'm trying to reset it to factory default cold and dark. I deleted all of the saved States and the only one that remains is the default but when I load it all of the outside components are already removed. 

How do I get it to a complete factory clean start please with pins, sensor covers and chocks in place?

I tried the suggestion found in this forum: Delete the "…/Output/CL650 directory from X-Plane and you’ll be back as if you just installed it for the first time."

But plane is still lading with pins and all the red sensor covers missing.
