Hey Jim,

I didn't have this problem on my windows box and haven't upgraded in osx. I'm curious why this is happening.

I have a feeling I need to try again after a re-boot. On my Windows 7 with 12gb ram. I was going around the world testing custom airport scenery and more then likely ran out of memory.

I tested both 32bit and 6bit, Will report back after a complete reboot and test.

Does anyone have _LIT textures on the new art assets? (and *NOT* the Gas stations, as BTW those have been in the library since 10.00 or so).

Im talking specifically about the new hi-rise apartment blocks that seem to dot the landscape. I have no nighttime textures for those, and they have no HDR lights attached either. (making them quite the obstacle for night flying!! =)...)

- CK.

Testing has proven that there is an issue with EFHF and KILM. Further testing showed all of Chris`s scenery working and all of Tom Curtis`s. But like all beta`s, I am not loosing sleep over it.

They have a long ways to go getting everything 64bit compatible. They should have waited and only released the 64bit to aircraft and scenery developers long before the general public. We

all know how much noise they make over things not working especially if they paid for it.

What DOES appear Jim? Is it just the objects? Do you just get default scenery?

Sorry, did not reveal my findings. KILM no objects show up at all to show airport buildings. You must travel outside the area of custom scenery to see any objects.

My object settings are on extreme. Along with roads, and I have downloaded the entire earth with OSM2XP2 road and objects. Take a look at some of Chris`s scenery

down under, they work flawlessly. For now, this is all beta, so don`t get to excited since this will change.

Some building have night textures (warehouses and stuff like that) but others don't have (some highrises). I guess this is because of the "intermediate" state of play regarding the new art assets. More are to come within 10.20 beta run. I really hope there will be some kind of urban ground textures because unless you are able to run max objects and max roads there is still to much pasture-green in and around cities.

But nonetheless a good deal better than before. Cities start to look like real cities and with some more art assets, lighting done right and some fine tuning it will definately look amazing!

Yeah I think LR is starting to nail the plausible scenery a bit more. Still though UM finishes it off. Thanks for the kind words all of you. Chris K. has way more talent then me when it comes to design. YPAD is stunning to say the least and will be FREE!

I am going out on a ledge here but I think XPX is at that turning point in its development.....
