Unable to log into X-Aviaton prompts in X-Plane 12

Hello, I started up X-Plane 12 to do a flight in an aircraft, and when my flight and aircraft loaded, I was presented with two different X-Aviation prompts that ask me to enter my X-Aviation account email and password but no matter how many times I try to enter in the information, it does not work.  On one of them nothing happens and when I try the other one, I get an error message.

I do own a few X-Aviation aircraft which is why I'm guessing I'm getting these but I never had an issue before where it wouldn't work when I enter in my information.  I double and triple checked that I was entering in the correct information, so I don't believe that is the problem. 

I would really appreciate any help, I don't think I'll be able to fly my X-Aviation aircraft without getting past this.

From the Log it looks like you may be missing H:\X-Plane 12\X-Aviation\ directory or it’s not writable by the sim (could be permissions, readonly, etc.).

Okay, thank you.  I appreciate you taking the time to look through my log.  I will try reinstalling all of my X-Aviation aircraft and see if that fixes it.

I am having this same issue of not being able to authenticate X-Aviation. I have the G5 gauges.

I have been using IXEG, MU2 for many years. This time I can't activate my account...

Having the same issue;

X-Aviation Activation (drm_system.cpp.91): Disable
X-Aviation Activation (drm_menubar.cpp.28): Destroy Menubar
X-Aviation Activation (drm_system.cpp.119): Disabled

I see the above but I'm afraid I've no idea what it might mean.
