YYZatcboy Posted April 7, 2012 Report Posted April 7, 2012 Any hope of getting a way to reset an engine failure? I can't seem to get it to reset using the default x-plane failures window which I presume is because it's a gizmo failure. A reset button would be great so I can get the engine back. A little flag saying "hey dolt you forgot to do this and that killed your engine" would also be good to help me learn from my mistakes. A reset would also help when I am flying online so I can at least complete my flight.Just a thought.
Cameron Posted April 7, 2012 Report Posted April 7, 2012 There is such a line of text, as well as a warning, though I believe you must be in the cockpit to see it at this time. Will consider a reset.
YYZatcboy Posted April 7, 2012 Author Report Posted April 7, 2012 Ok I have yet to notice it. (Does not mean it's not there, I usually get the failure cause I am looking down at my iPad at the Charts lol)

Cameron Posted April 7, 2012 Report Posted April 7, 2012 Cameron,Is there anyway to avoid this warning appear? At this time, no. Are you wanting to make it so just the text doesn't appear, or so you can fly without the failure in general? Thanks!
