CL650 : Will there be an update for XP12.1?

I fly this plane now almost exclusively and made the mistake of allowing the X-Plane 12.1 update to go through before checking to see if the CL650 would run on it.  It appears it will not.  

What is the status of updating the CL650 to operate on the new version of X-Plane?

Probably you just have to disable Zink (as mentioned in many posts recently).
