Beta clarification please.

Hello,

Sorry if this is covered someplace else but I need a clarification about the beta status of XP10 because I'm confused with the comment that the XP10 discs says beta (I'm not aware of that), I only have the web demo in 10.04 beta 6 (finally a performance boost) and I'm ready now to make the purchase. Will be soon a new batch of XP10 discs without that beta word and something different?

Does not make a difference. Just buy the disks and download the beta from the on-line installers... and it will be up to date with the latest beta's.

If you buy the DVDs they may not be up to date, but all you have to do is run the updater to get the latest version.

All that has been stated is accurate here. The v10 discs will unlock ALL versions of X-Plane 10. These DVDs do NOT say beta on the casing or DVDs themselves.
