Crash after a replay

Landed at W31, shut engine down and opened canopy.

Replay of the landing in outside view, then exit the replay, then crash happened.

Also the canopy is open in the replay.

This crash bug should be sorted with the next update.

Custom animations aren't handled during replay by X-Plane, so make sure to do any replays before messing with the doors or anything else obvious from the outside.
