  1. I found some alpha/beta ARM64 Gizmo that split the activation and avionics from a year ago. That splitting is a very nice idea, but the problem I had with it is that it changed the X-Aviation folder that contains some data and licence and then when I wanted to fly the IXEG, which only supports Intel so has to be run via Rosetta, this new Gizmo didn't work in the Rosetta mode and putting back the old Gizmo plugin didn't work with IXEG anymore probably due to the changes in the file structure. Please please make sure it works in both cases (Rosetta and native) and doesn't need the user to completely reinstall things.
  2. Landed at W31, shut engine down and opened canopy. Replay of the landing in outside view, then exit the replay, then crash happened. Also the canopy is open in the replay. Log.txtX-Plane-2024-04-07-113912.ips
  3. Might be a little hard to see but the green thing in the pocket is the ground below the aircraft.
  4. Hi, I noticed when I turn off the sounds via XP menu, the (tested on BN2T G500) sounds are still on. Useful for putting it into background while doing something else with music. I know there is the headset thingy at least. But if you put it into external view, the sounds are back on. On an unrelated note: Is it normal there are no starter sounds? I see the needles move right after starter engagement, but it's silence, then I introduce fuel and then hear loudly the fuel-being-introduced-startup-sound" then it's silence again for a bit, and then I hear the props mildly roaring to life. I feel like there is room for improvement here but understand if it's not a priority.
  5. Hi guys, I just stumbled upon those two plugins, so I removed the Gizmo from /resources/plugins/ and copied the X-Aviation.plugin there. Then went and copied the Gizmo64-Avionics.plugin into /Aircraft/X-Aviation/Mitsubishi MU-2 Marquise v2/plugins just like it is mentioned in the post, and then fired up the MU. Lo and behold I got the same Empty reply from server. I couldn't see anywhere where to enter my credentials so I thought I need to delete them. So I went to /X-Aviation/ and deleted the two .lic files and this time it prompted the login box upon XP restart and MU load and it activated just fine. So please Ben could you update the post to mention that licence keys from Gizmo need to be deleted?
  6. I'm flying the BN2T with G500 and I don't have this issue in it, do you suspect it should be reported to the MU2 developer instead?
  7. Hi, I have the BN2T version 2.0.1 (fresh install via the installer), and upon selecting the aircraft and loading the sim, I get a CTD. Here's the log file. Would you happen to know what's going on? 2023-11-18 19:58:11 ISLANDER-T[mt_cairo_render.c:1430]: assertion mtcr->sync == ((void*)0) failed (0x2 == 0x0) --=={This application has crashed!}==-- Log.txt Log_ATC.txt
  8. It's the TOGA sim MU2. I tried it now and the green thingy you probably think is the knob is actually the inner rotating knob. I tried zooming in and operate it at various angles and I haven't seen a pointer mouse icon, only the curved arrow. Clicking it just rotated the knob.
  9. Yes this bugs me too, but if you ever find time to tune this to be more realistic engine simulation… ❤️
  10. I can't click the middle of the right knob, the one I'm rotating in the video. There isn't a click spot. (I'm on a Mac if it has any significance.)
  11. I swear I tried that but couldn't find a click spot for the center, but will give it another go, thanks for tip!
  12. When I roll the outer knob once right to show the AUX page with various values like display brightness and V speeds, I can see the first value flash cyan and then disappear. Clicking END does move the cursor down but keeps flashing once and then disappears. Version 1.2.0 on XP12.06r3. CleanShot 2023-09-09 at 20.06.42.mp4
  13. I just want to report that wing de-ice doesn't do anything. All other things seem to work fine, just the wings aren't bootin'. Or does it work only after certain amount of ice has already built up? (XP12.06b2)
  14. It definitely wasn't like that, in XP11 you could set payload via default Weight & Balance XP settings, would you please add it back if you have time? A couple of other payware had the same thing happen to them during their updates to XP12. There are two ways to deal with it: Create payload stations (XP12-way), or create the default one-slider-for-all as it was in XP11. Some developers choose the lazy way (1 slider for all payload) or the proper way (stations for each seat (or region) and cargo).
