Challenger- Question - Pre-requisite state for use of the "Quick Turn" checklist to start a new flight

From what I can see in the text for the checklists.xml file, the pre-requisite is that the APU has not been shut down.  The shut-down of the APU occurs in the "Securing" checklist, but in the middle of that checklist.  Is it correct that the "Quick Turn" operation is done after the "Engine Shutdown" procedure and checklist, but before the "Securing" operation and checklist?

That's correct. The securing checklist is only completed if you're not intending to fly again for an extended period on that day, or until another day.
