"Aircraft not activated" and "nose door" audible warning

I have just purchased the Hotstart cl650 and am having some issues.

This is a fresh install, I have also reinstalled to see if something was wrong and had the same results.

 

I turn on the battery and/or ground power and I get "AIRCRAFT NOT ACTIVATED" across all screens. There is also an audible warning of "NOSE DOOR" that continues no matter the state of the door.

As it suggests, your X-Aviation license is not available. You should have had to sign into X-Aviation account when the sim was first started. Are you using multiple monitors? If so, disconnect all but the primary/main one and try again. Additionally, please post Log.txt from X-Plane.

The only time I was prompted for my account details was during the installation, no prompt was shown on sim startup like with the other addons I have.

I am using multiple monitors, I will give your recommended fixes and provide a log in a couple of hours.
