Jim Kallinen Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 New Ulm Lions Club annual Fly-in Breakfast was offering Helicopter rides for $40.Tried to get my son to come along but he chickened out yet another try.Oh wellI won`t push him. Had a perfect day for it and getting to see the fall colors beginning to start to change.Filmed with my new Sanyo Xacti FH1 1080P. Lots of bugs and waterspots on the windscreen. Slideshow of the planes Quote
OlaHaldor Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 Looked like a really nice flight. And boy what a smooth landing. I'd have to practice for decades to do that in XP.. :If I may, how old is your son? Just asking since he chickened out. One day he'll come along. Don't push him, just don't stop ask him to come along. Quote

My son suffers from Asbergers which might alsocontribute to his fears of flying. But he loves to be around any type of aircraft. Quote
