No charts on MFD 2 - Navigraph subscription linked

Hi

I recently buyed an installed the CL 650. I linked the Navigraph account with the CL 650 but I do not have any charts on the F/O MFD whem I press charts. How can I solve that problem ? Loading a flightplan with my simbrief ID works.

Can you provide a copy of Log.txt, and screenshots of user settings (redacted is ok) plus of the cockpit displays after pressing the right-hand side's CHART button? Even better a video of what you're doing.

I got no the charts on the MFD, don't know what was happended before. But how can I select or change the chart, i.e. on the approach of a flight, I saw the airport chart from the departure airport ?

Press the (LWR) MENU button.
