Tow function unable to move aircraft

I was trying to move the aircraft via tow after a flight. I could get the tug to connect to the aircraft, but after it queued me to release the parking brake to begin towing, the tug froze and I could never get it to move. I had to reload the flight to get the tow to disengage, and using the debit binding for the tug had no effect. Is this just not modeled entirely yet or is it user error?

I'm not sure about the tug freezing in place issue, but you might have more success with towing by powering the airplane up, turning on the HYD 3A pump, and cycling the parking brakes on and off in that state.

I presume you're using Better Pushback? If you could record a video next time this happens that would be very useful, as there hasn't been any reports of this happening before.
