Ripster
I can't seem to get the G500 to power up in X-Plane 11. Seems like it installed okay, seems like the right plug-ins are running (RSG G500 and Gizmo64), and I'm using the C172 that came with the G500 app. The G500 display appears on the panel, but is dark. Is there a power switch or something that I am missing?
Coop
In order to debug what is going on, we will need you to send us a copy of the X-Plane log.txt file. You can find a guide to get this file here: How to find the X-Plane log.txt file?

Log.txt 76.08 kB · 1 download It appears you aren't signed into your X-Aviation account through Gizmo in-sim, and thus the plugin isn't able to activate. Sometimes on multi-monitor setups the Gizmo sign-in dialog can appear off screen. To circumvent this, load X-Plane with only the single primary display (unplug any additional monitors and RealSimGear hardware) connected to your computer and it should present itself. Following that, you can restore your displays to as they were before.
