Sync Function

So is this function similar to the Boeing CWS function - controlled wheel steering.  Except it will also command pitch.  

And while I have you, where the heck are the windshield wiper controls.  Been up and down the cockpit multiple times and cannot find them.

The airframe isn’t equipped with wipers.
