divinglyc Posted December 28, 2022 Report Posted December 28, 2022 Hi! I am flying CL650 in XP12 and I use SImbrief as flight plan maker. After generating a flight plan, I use Flight plan recall in CL650 to Import the flight plan. I filled in Origin and destination airport and the date and then press "Send". However, it takes a very long time to import. It's stuck at the "REQ Pending" state, and sometimes it was so long that I thought it has failed so I had to make the flight plan manually. Is there something I might have missed? Thanks! Quote

In my last flight (the one of the log.txt I post here), it took about 10-15 minutes to import the flight plan. Sometimes it took too long so I didn't wait so I just entered the waypoints myself. In XP11 it did not happen.... Quote

If it's a very long flight plan, and you're on satellite comms, it could well take 10+ minutes. You can check via the Study menus if data transfer is happening. You'd have to wait 30 minutes (as in the real plane) for a downlink "timeout". A rejected flight plan should happen when it's downlinked, and will also display in the log. You might just have to be more patient. However, next time, please also send the FMS file, and the full flight plan route, from SimBrief so we can test it. Thanks. 1 Quote

I will try more flights with more patience Quote
