Graphic issue at night[ XP12]

Hi! I don't know if this is a XP12 issue or CL650. 

When I try to fly at night, all illuminating monitor or buttons in my cockpit turned to be too bright that I can barely see anything.

Besides, the refelction over the windshield also make me unable to see through it..

What can I do to fix it?

Turn the display and lamps’ brightness down! Your eyes are too sensitive at night.
