CPDLC on a Mac

I've obtained a hoppie login code but I cannot enter it under User Settings->Networking->Hoppie.nl Logon.  The paste button does nothing and I cannot enter it manually even though I see a flashing cursor.  

 

Is this a Mac thing or am I missing something?

No other reports of issues with this window on Macs. Maybe a screenshot might help troubleshoot.

You see how it says “Power down avionics before making changes”? Yeah, do that.
