Breakers not working

I am having a small issue with the aircraft breakers (Challenger 650).  When I put my mouse over the breakers it changes to pointer (selectable).  However, I cannot pull the breaker out.  They were working (pop out), but now they wont move.  Anyone else have this problem?  Please advise.

Click and hold for about a half-second and they will pull out. The change was implemented to make it harder to accidentally click a breaker while moving around the flight deck.
