I fly in VR. Here are a few things I am seeing that should be addressed when possible.

The RCS switches will not move to the stop position using VR controllers.

I mapped the custom command(s) to switches on my Honeycomb Bravo as a workaround and found that the Left engine shutdown command works and animates as expected.

The right engine shutdown command shuts down both engines and is also animated for both.

The Both engines shutdown command actually shuts down the right engine and is not animated to move to the stop position.

Taxi lights come on to switch command but do not illuminate the ramp in front of the aircraft.

Same for landing lights.

The cockpit map light illuminates on switch command but does not illuminate any portion of the cockpit

The cockpit flood light come on with a delay after switch command, eventually provides ambient cockpit light, but the ambient light stay on after the flood lights are turned off.

The wing spoilers return to a below flush animation rather than a flush animation when control neutral. My understanding is the spoilers are both flush when the controls are neutral. L roll input should raise the Left spoiler in proportion to the input and simultaneously cause the right spoiler to move to an under-flush position.... opposite with Right roll. back to both flush without roll input. Small thing... but this is simulation, right.

Glad to hear the brakes are being addressed.

Glad to hear the emergency shutdown(s) are getting a L/R custom command... That will be great for the Honeycomb Bravo. I appreciate that.

Glad to hear the GNS 750 is getting priority. I appreciate that.

Anyway, Thanks for the V2 of the MU-2.... I like your work. Its a very different beast and makes for a challenging experience.

Thx for those N67CX.  Do you have HDR enabled?  You describe a lot of "non-3D" lighting that indicates this is the case.  The cockpit flood is a bit different from the other 3D lights however and not an indication that the other 3D lights should be working if HDR is turned off in your graphics settings.  I'll cull through this list and put the relevant items on my todo list.  I apologize for the short delay while I'm enjoying Oshkosh, but will be setting up my VR machine right after

I hope you have a great time at Oshkosh. That is something I have always wanted to do, but have never done.

To answer your question. HDR is off in the System>Display settings. I dug a little deeper into System>Display>Graphics>Graphics Preference and Checked the [Don't use auto HDR] box.

Interestingly, Now  the cockpit flood light does not illuminate the ambient space as before. It simply responds like the Taxi, Landing, Wing Ice Inspection & Cockpit Map lights by animating the light fixture to "on" but no 3D lighting occurs.

Also, When I loaded the aircraft, I noticed that the bezel soft keys on the G500 were illuminated, as was the Baro knob on the pilots standby altimeter and the center arrow of the autopilot panel "Turn knob". No power was on at the time.

Also, at launch, the aircraft seems to insist on selecting the windshield wipers to on.

Thanks Again.

Once again, Enjoy Oshkosh.... This will all still be waiting for you after the tents are all packed up and everyone has flown home. ;-)

you need to enable HDR in XPLANE graphics on the slider.

Thanks, You are right. That takes care of the 3D lighting.... Unfortunately it also means Graphical Effects to "High" which is a bit borderline on frames with this airplane on my system in VR. That's flight simming, I guess.

Thanks again for the help.
