It appears that using the mouse wheel on the AP Pitch Wheel rotates it to full deflection with a single click in either direction which is a bit of an extreme reaction and the only way to recentre it (or just move it less than full deflection( is to drag it with the mouse.

So the mouse wheel is set to change the trim by ".03" units per mouse wheel event...so it should take roughly 67 mouse wheel events....but it gets trickier;...the "number of events" per mouse wheel 'click' is generally set via your scrollwheel settings in your OS.  So for example, if I set my scroll wheel settings to 'fast' in my OS, then each scroll wheel 'click' will result in multiple 'scroll events'...more than 1:1....so one click of the scroll wheel may generate 10 events....x 0.03...will cause the trim wheel to move 10x as much.

The solution is to change your mousewheel sensitivity....and if you can change it "per application" even better.

Changing our "delta" of the mouse wheel just isn't practical because everybody sets their mouse sensitivites to differing values, so I went with a very middle of the road value that's demonstrated to work well across a wide variety of use cases.
