From the image included on the support ticket you sent, the autopilot was sent to Heading mode. Make sure the GTN CDI is set to GPS, and the Autopilot is set to NAV for it to follow the GTN.

I have been wrestling with mine a bit, finally seem to be getting it after my 4th flight now actually hit the GS on an RNAV and started climbing..., but I don't get a pop out on this plane?

Popouts can be opened from the RXP GTN menu under plugins.

Regarding the glide slope, the airplane will just follow what the GTN sends to the HSI. What was the HSI showing for the glideslope indicator?
