Michael Gibbons Posted May 25, 2022 Report Posted May 25, 2022 (edited) I have a thrust master rudder that seems to be calibrated correctly as rudder moves and toe brakes all work correctly. The nose wheel just won't steer. very frustrated. anything i could be missing? connect the tiller some how? gear pin? Other aircraft steer just fine with rudder set up only this 650 won't steer Edited May 25, 2022 by Pils Quote
Pils Posted May 25, 2022 Report Posted May 25, 2022 Forgive the obvious question, but have you turned the nose wheel steering switch on? The nose wheel must be mostly straight before doing so. 2 Quote
Michael Gibbons Posted May 25, 2022 Author Report Posted May 25, 2022 did not realize there was a nose wheel steering switch was hoping there was new to the flight sim world work as a hawker pilot in real life but somehow the sim stuff seems harder thanks a bunch. can you give me the general area the the nose wheel switch is located? KirkR Posted August 15, 2022 Report Posted August 15, 2022 Also note that a simple, cheap twist-capable joystick can easily be configured as the steering tiller. It really brings additional realism (when taxiing). If anyone would like details of how I configured it for the 650, let me know. Quote
