FMS 1 Unresponsive

Hi, 

Following the update of the AIRAC cycle, my FMS 1 was unresponsive and displaying "TUNE" page only. When trying to IDX/STATUS, i encountered a black page and after a few seconds, the message "FMS UNRESPONSIVE" was displayed in under the typing area. 

I solved the issue by changing airframes but i doubt this is the correct way. I did not witness any C/B out. 

Any ideas ?
