Harshad
Hi - I'm struggling to get the blue bearing pointer to work on the G5. For example, when performing holds with beacon set correctly on the GPS, the bearing pointer should always point the to the beacon (NDB etc). Instead, it seems like it is always pointing to a random fix somewhere? Real shame as the G5s are great for practicing holds.
Coop
We are parsing the bearing output provided by the GPS when set to GPS, can you send a screenshot of what is set in the GNS and what you are seeing on the G5?
Harshad
Thank you for the prompt response - much appreciated. Below pics show what I mean. In this scenario I have the GPS set to a UK NDB Beacon called SND at London Southend Airport. The G5 bearing pointer is not pointing at the NDB beacon. I have also tuned the ADF to 362 which is the freq for SND and the ADF is pointing correctly. I have also attached a map view for perspective. The beacon in this situation has a relative bearing of 90deg but I cannot get the blue pointer on the G5 to show the same?

Harshad
Hi Coop - was wondering if any update on the fix for the blue bearing pointer on the G5?
Coop
It is on the list to look into still, hopefully should be soon, we've had some other projects that have taken priority recently.
