But when I try to install, it says my login information is either incorrect or I have not paid. I am able to log in and even changed my password. And the money posted on my credit card last week. I sent an email (it got hung up and did not send until Monday) but still have not heard back from the company. Any suggestions? Thanks

That said, I see looking at your account here on the forums vs the account on X-Aviation, you have misspelled your e-mail on X-Aviation at the time you created your account. I have adjusted this spelling error for you.
