ADC errors + Wind uplink question

Hi there, on a recent flight i experienced an ADC disagreement error causing the autopilot to violently oscillate during an otherwise healthy climb. 

By reverting to ADC 2 i was able to continue the flight as normal. Question- 

Where are procedures located to deal with such an error? Can't find a QRH

 

Secondly- Is there a way to uplink planned winds from a data provider into the existing FPL? or do those need to be manually entered?

Documentation folder inside the Aircraft folder. There is a QRH, but this fault is not covered in the available Manuals.
