Random audio loss in simulator

Happens every few flights.  Happened right now in the Challenger, parked at a ramp.  Audio works from all other sources but not Xplane. Did speaker test, windows troubleshooting, everything is ok outside of Xplane. Sound just gets muted for no apparent reason. Did not change audio device/source for this to occur.

Hello! Sorry that's happening, could you check what your X-Plane volume sliders are showing?

Hi there Amy. Sliders are set to 100%.  Had to quit Xplane and reload.  Always worked for me but a hassle nonetheless. Deleted my prefs folder for good measure too.  It'll probably happen again but hopfully not on my first flight to London!

I'm having the same issue. Tried restarting X-Plane multiple times, all other planes work okay as long as I don't spawn in the CL650 prior to any other aircraft.

Experienced this once. Loaded into the airplane, no audio. Restarted xplane, audio back.

With respect to audio I am seeing a special thing with the CL650 as well. 
Often (not always) when I load a saved state volume is at zero, when bringing it back to higher volume all is fine. This only happens with the CL.
