Peterpye Posted April 6, 2021 Report Posted April 6, 2021 Hi, I have read where to engage the nose wheel for ground steering, the tiller wheel beside captain's seat should be pushed down - which I have done. I have also programmed my Gladiator joystick to use the Yaw for nose wheel steering. Unfortunately it still does not work and hence I cannot steer the plane to the runway. I notice the mouse can be used to turn the tiller wheel, with some difficulty, but this does not seem to be appropriate as it is difficult to maintain forward vision. I do not have rudder pedals. Any advice is much appreciated. Quote

Markkku Posted April 6, 2021 Report Posted April 6, 2021 I can confirm it's not working as earlier (up to the version 1.6.4) I have "nosewheel tiller" programmed to one of my Saitek Pro Flight Throttle rolling knobs and it is not working anymore. The only way I am able to use tiller now is using my CH pedals toe breaks giving just very small amount of toe breaks to move tiller. Please advise how to solve this issue. Quote

Downloaded the version that JGregory advised to download and it is still a problem. I even deleted my entire X-Aviation folder prior to installing it. Quote
Alphonso Posted April 6, 2021 Report Posted April 6, 2021 Yes, same thing with me. Downloaded the program once again, but no change. Hydraulics activating every few seconds. Video attached. No feet on pedals & nose wheel is doing its own thing. Switching tiller on or off made no difference. 127908793_2021-04-0616-38-13.mp4 Quote
