Hello all

Just bought the entegra SR22, and constated some discrepancies.

I used it with RXP GNS.

First : the waypoint name on PFD and MFD

Secondly : on the MFD the green arrow should represent the aicraft actual ground track. I don't know what this triangle is showing (maybe the CDI), but it is not correct. There should be a magenta triangle showing the desired track.

Thirdly : the cdi track was constantly jumping. You can see on the picture it is pointing 20° right, instead of straight ahead.

I noticed some engine discrepancies too, but need to try it again.

Dit not try with Laminar stock GNS

Thanks for the report! Regarding 1 and 3, it seems that some settings don't get properly copied over with the RXP config files due to the many modes - we will be shipping better configs with the next update, in the mean time, make sure that GNS is set to:

  • Link Sim GPS Waypoints
  • Auto CDI source
  • Link Course
  • Link OBS
  • Link VOR
  • Use crossfire

thank you. I will check the gns settings.

Another question : any way to switch the baro settings to hpa in the pfd ?

Yes, press and hold the baro softkey (bottom button on the right side) on the PFD for ~2 seconds and it will switch units

Another small point but thought I'd bring it up. I'd love to see the EGT normalize working on the MFD. This is a feature that many pilots use during a climbs and descents. I realize is a not a critical issue and will likely be far down on the feature punch list, but it's probably easy to do so may that will elevate it in priority.
