G5 / GFC500

Any plans to complete the G5s with a Flight Director and AP integration?  Preferably with a GFC500 model to go with it?

That would be a really useful development.

Hi Paul,

We have the Flight Director and AP integration on our list of features we are planning on adding in the future. 

Regarding a GFC model, this would not be possible given how the X-Plane autopilot system works, the autopilot needs to be defined within the aircraft file.

I’m wondering if there are any updates to share on this? The AFM G5 is an amazing add-on, thank you, but without the flight director it does seem just a little unfinished!

Now that Real Sim Gear has a GFC500 panel I wonder if it provides flight director information to the AFM G5.
