Question about MZFW on this plane

So ive been looking at the fcom for the -300 and found the MZFW to be 106,500lb. Interestingly, the gui allows you to load the airplane beyond that. So this makes me doubt if perhaps what im seeing in the fcom does not coincide with the modeled version of the -300.

We deliberately allow loading of the plane beyond certified weights - the real one COULD be loaded above those weights as well (it is just not allowed). It would be like limiting the wind in X-Plane that you can set to the maximum certified limit...but part of flying in a simulator is to explore the "what if" scenarios ;-)
