Buttons not clickable

I down loaded the latest VC_Redist file from MS and installed it but the still the C and V rotarys (530 & 430) dont rotate but C does now power off. Also I cant select the numbers 8 or 9 or any of the buttons on the right except CLR on the ident panel?

Ive looked at the logs but I dont see any faults.

Everything looks fine in the log. So the GNS530 and 430 don't work at all? Or just doesn't animate?

Transponder codes can't have 8s or 9s in them. (4 digits of 0-7)

The GNS530 & 430 work fine, so its working correctly apart from what I mentioned.
