I downloaded the above products which I purchased in 2016, however, I am getting an annoying licence issue pop up box when in Xplane 11. (Computer ID locked?) I raised a ticket on 6th June. I had no answer for 10 days, so I sent a chase email on17th June. I've had no reply to neither of my messages. Could this be looked into please? Thank you

I'll tag @Cameron in case he missed this. I think this message means you have tried to use the same license on multiple computers, and possibly missed a warning message about permanently de-authenticating one computer to transfer your license to another.
