I would recommend checking your joystick control bindings for the elevator trim to make sure it is set that way in X-Plane, as well that there isn't an axis set to elevator trim causing the buttons to not have a function. Also, you can check the circuit breaker panels to make sure the elevator trim breaker is not popped.

Thanks. But i can hold the trim wheel up with the mouse and press the my "Pitch Trim Up" button on the Joystick and hold it. When releases the button, the trim wheel goes down again. Also the elevator trim breaker not popped.

Our aircraft does not control the elevator trim position, this is handled by X-Plane and your joystick settings. I imagine either a button is stuck, or an axis is bound to elevator trim.
