If many people are able to buy with this card, but you are not able to, I would say the problem is with your card or the card issuer.

I've used a prepaid card once, and one detail that is important is to use the issuer's name and address and not your own. You will still get order details because of the fact that you use your own e-mail address. Anyhow, your card issuer will have more information about this.
