I’m apparently an idiot. I can’t figure out how to close the fuel caps so my range is pretty limited. Apparently nobody else has this issue as I’ve googled all over.  How do you close the fuel caps?

Seems logical. First thing I tried.  When I click the fuel caps it lets me adjust the fuel but not close the cap.  I’ve even tried slewing myself out of the plane to close manually. I’ve also looked for a keyboard shortcut.

All is working as it should be.  What are you trying to show?

If you click the fuel cap on the pop up, then look at the corresponding fuel cap on the wing, you'll see it removed.  Click the fuel cap again, the fuel cap on the wing will be replaced.

I guess I was expecting it to turn green like the other indicators and apparently every time I tried to use it I clicked it a bunch of times but always managed to have it left open.   Pilot error!

Oh hell, I'm here because I just ran out of fuel and thought what the heck!? Full tanks and one hour flight, I haven't had that before!

Maybe didn't put the fuel caps back on. I'll have to confirm that. It is a lot easier to see the cap is on in real life!

And if you're flying, you'll see the fuel leak out of the filler opening, as well as it being mathematically accurate using the bernoulli principle.  So the slower you go, the slower the leak.  And vice versa.
