Hi, in x-plane 11.50 with vulkan enabled and also in opengl, my left ils does not show; when nav1 and nav2 are set, only the right ils is active and visible

for the screenshot I just loaded on LEIB rw24 treshold and set nav's to 109.50

I get it beta's are not for fault finding, but maybe they are and am I not the only one with this problem?

If I omitted a setting somewhere that fixes this, please let me know thanks ;) regards Pete

I am using the 737-300 almost daily, now running on XP11.50b4 vulkan enabled. Not a single issue with ILS and/or any other system.

 

For testing purposes, just loaded the aircraft at LEIB RW24, tuned both NAV 1&2 radios to 109.5 on the pedestal and both worked with no problem!

 

note: since this is custom coded simulation (not a default xplane aircraft), i am unsure if you can tune the radios by using default xplane map. You should try using the aircraft systems. If it still doesn't work, maybe a plugin, script or external radio hardware interfering?

I can't find that "tune NAV1" dialog in X-Plane....is it default?   tuning radios from a map view seems a bit odd.  Its its some kind of add-on plugin, then that could be some point of disconnect.

Seems weird to me the idea of using xplane maps having the aircraft cockpit,  but...  Pulled out some hairs until figured it out, go to xplane map, zoom in a bit, then clic over the ILS on the map

Hi mmerelles, I got to the issue while in another flight while hand selecting the radios, so I think that is not the issue.

I will try to remove some plugins etc, of which I don't have many anyway, and struggle on for a while.

Good to know it should work. Also the map setting of the radios is there some years already afaik ;)

 

Edit: the problem lies in the Reality XP GTN, with this plugin loaded the problem arises. Thanks
