Flaps and trim indicators

Wonderful aircraft btw. 

I noticed the flaps don't appear to fully retract either on the indicator or in the outside view. Is this normal ?

Also, I'm buggered if I can find the trim indicator either on the trim wheel or somewhere else.

The trim Indicator seems to be a little too large, it leaves the display center on the left.
